am i bad at co-sleeping?
I have 2 month old daughter who sleeps in bed with me. We both love it. My problem is i periodically have dreams that one of my cats is licking my breast and in my sleep i push it away. Unfortunately, i wake up to find i've shoved my daughter a foot away from my body for trying to nurse! This has happened several times and although nothing bads ever come of it, i worry that someday i might push to hard and she fall off the bed. Any ideas? my sister says that may need to stop co-sleeping altogether.....

Is your bed against a wall? If not scoot it next to it and place her between you and the wall. That would keep her on the bed. Also, are your cats allowed in your room when you are sleeping? If so, transition them out of that habit. That may help relax your mind when you are sleeping which could help with pushing your dd away. (((HUGS))) Don't give up! Take some time to adjust to it. Co-sleeping is a very different thing than most people are used to and 2 months is a short amount of time to get used to it.
