Sharing the Good News
So my SIL and her DH had made the decision to circ their son before he was born. After her DS was born he had trouble breathing and had to be placed in the hospital nursery. While SIL was with him she witnessed a circ in an adjoining room and couldn't believe a parent would put their child through that unnecessary pain. She then told me that there is no way she would ever do that to her child and she feels it says a lot about parents who would. I was so happy to see her think outside the box that I had to share :D

(But it is interesting that they made up their minds without really knowing what was involved....in a sad way, their son got lucky he had breathing problems! :eek)
