Birthday present for 2 year old?
My dd is turning two next Sunday, and I haven't come up with a good idea for a present for her. Do you AP, GD, and NFL mamas have any great suggestions?
Thanks!
^_^:
My daughter is 26 months old. The three things that she plays with most often are:
* little cars (of the matchbox variety), but needs to have LOTS of them at once. We got her a big set of 50 and put them in a big bin (which is also a "toy"). She especially likes the firetrucks and ambulances.
* Little People (Fischer Price)- the small sets with just people, not the big houses or garages or anything.
* Legos
She also likes:
* her playsilks and fairy skirt.
* the little wooden animals that came in the HABA Noah's Arc set. She doesn't use the boat much, so any little animals would do.
* a wooden firetruck puzzle by Melissa & Doug
* Books. She adores "Mouse About the House" by Usborne.
* Her "art kit": Crayons, markers, glue, construction paper, glitter, tiny pieces of fabric, etc. in a big container with a handle
*balls of all sizes and colors
^_^:
:duh And how could I forget baby dolls & a few special stuffed animals??? She swaddles them in scarves. Very cute.
^_^:
Don't know what your budget is, but Ronan loves his play kitchen and Haba food. (I do, too!)

p.s. He also has this drum:
which is pretty popular with him and his friends.

Thanks!
