Juicing

I have been juicing 4 carrots with an apple for my 18 month old daughter. She loves it and will drink the entire (8 oz) cup. I am new to juicing. Is this ok to have everyday? Should I be adding more to her juice? Is it okay to just wash the carrots or should I peel them? Thanks!

Anyone??

Not one juicer on this site? Amazing.

I don't juice, but...that sounds like a lot of sugar for a toddler. Carrots are pretty high in sugar for a veggie, and of course there's a fair amount of sugar in an apple. Since she's just drinking juice and not eating the whole carrot or apple, she's not getting any of the fiber or other parts of the carrot/apple to slow down the absorption of the sugar. Have you considered watering down the juice so she doesn't get so much sugar at once, or substituting other veggies for some of the carrots and apple?
