Where to get good wooden toys?

I'm collecting a list of places that sell nice wooden toys, yknow the ones that facilitate imagination instead of driving parents crazy. I'd love a few places that do catalogues so I can get them for the in-laws and give them ideas. Most of them go into Target/KMart and what they find there for this age group is plastic/electronic and just useless in so many ways. (FP bouncy vibrating cow, I'm looking at you!)
So where are some (hopefully not too expensive) places to get good quality toys?
As an aside, I just got a kendama and I can barely do any of the tricks on it so I'm looking for a is simple wooden cup and ball toy as an intro for DD once she gets bigger. Anyone seen one of those anywhere?

has a lot of wooden/cloth toys!

My mom got us some wood toys at Ikea.

^_^:
The two websites we gave all the grandparents are
magiccabin.com and novanatural.com
those can be pricey, but try to convince them to get one nice wooden thing instead of three crappy plastic things for the same price.
also waldorfplay.com and finewoodentoys.com and uniquewoodentoys.com

^_^:
The baby center store has some
